1. What services do you offer?

We deliver comprehensive home care solutions designed exclusively for luxury lake homes. This includes deep cleaning, routine housekeeping, and expert handyman-style maintenance. We also provide reliable home watch services and full project management support.  For larger or more complex jobs requiring licensed tradespeople, we personally refer you to our trusted network of vetted partners. Every service is fully customizable to fit your home’s unique needs.



2. How do you ensure the quality of service for your clients?

Our associates have extensive experience working in luxury environments. We use premium, non-abrasive products and equipment designed for delicate surfaces like marble, hardwood, and custom fixtures. Every service call includes a detailed checklist, and we conduct post-service inspections to guarantee exceptional results.

3. What areas do you service?

We operate in southeast Wisconsin and northern Illinois in the lake communities of Lake Geneva, Fontana, Williams Bay, Delavan Lake, Como, Powers Lake, Twin Lakes, Lauderdale Lakes, Lake Beulah and Chain O' Lakes. 

4. How much do your services cost?

Our services are available  through recurring plans, structured as customizable service packs. All agreements require a minimum commitment of 4 months, with a monthly minimum of 12 service hours. We do not provide one-time services.


Free consultations are available to explore options.

5. How are services scheduled and managed?

Communications are managed on multiple channels based on client preferences (phone, text, WhatsApp or email).     

We use a unified Field Service Management platform to streamline the process:

  • Service Dates Coordinated with Client 
  • Work Order Issued with Confirmation
  • Service Day Service Report (including photos) Sent to Client
  • Invoice Sent Based on Work Order + Time Log

6. Are your staff background-checked and insured?

Yes, all associates undergo a background check and reference verifications. We are fully bonded and insured to protect your property, providing peace of mind for our clientele

7. Do you use eco-friendly products?

Absolutely. We prioritize sustainable, non-toxic cleaning agents and green maintenance practices. Products undergo rigorous vetting against the Environmental Working Group's (EWG.org) guidance.

8. What if I'm not satisfied with the service?

We stand by our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours, and we'll return to address it at no extra charge ASAP.

9. How do you handle privacy and discretion?

Discretion is paramount and our Master Service Agreement has a Confidentiality covenant. We respect your privacy and never share details about your home or services.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept checks, bank transfers, and select digital wallets. Detailed invoices are sent via email.

11. How long does a typical cleaning or maintenance session take?

It varies by home size and service scope. A standard cleaning for a 4,000 sq ft luxury home might take 4-6 hours with 2 associates. Maintenance tasks are performed simultaneous to cleaning. 

12. What will I need to do in preparation for your visit?

Minimal preparation is needed—we handle everything. However, securing valuables or pets and providing access instructions helps ensure a smooth process.
